Ectopic testis is described as an abnormality of testicle development in which one or both testicles aren’t descending through the normal pathways. Among all newborns with undescended testis, only 1% are diagnosed ectopic testis. In this case, 18 months old boy was presented to hospital chief complaint impalpable dextra. Phsical examination showed right not palpable scrotum and perineum. Ultrasonography a perineum volume vascularization. Right orchidopexy performed correct location Early diagnostic must be done anamnesis, physical examination, advanced examination. Limited faciliiesy lack parental knowledge make patients come late health facility. The conclusion study among parents skills workers concerning congenital anomaly especially undescensus should improved.
